Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the daily management of the R&D quality team;
2. Participate in new product design and review: project establishment, product design, process design, trial production quality control;
3. Promote the closure of new product development problems;
4. Construct and improve the experimental software and hardware facilities system in accordance with CNAS accredited laboratory standards;
5. Plan various types of tests required at each stage of the product implementation process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of test results;
6. Lead the review and decision-making of product test results, and promote quality decision-making and improvement by relevant departments;
7. Research and introduce advanced testing methods, equipment, fixtures, materials, etc. in the industry.
job requirements
1. College degree or above, mechanical or related majors
2. More than five years of working experience in the same position, experience in the connector industry is preferred;
3. Proficient in using quality tool applications (8D report, FEMA, PPAP, MSA, etc.);
4. Be familiar with common problems in electronic product development and familiar with laboratory reliability testing standards;
5. Have experience in establishing CNAS experiments and connector-related quality management experience;
