R&D direction:
1. Responsible for the design and development of FAKRA/HSD and other series of connector products;
2. Responsible for the high and low voltage design and development of automotive connectors, including conceptual design and detailed design;
3. Responsible for the design and development of high-speed and high-frequency connector products.
Job requirements: 1. More than five years of working experience in the automotive connector industry;
2. Be familiar with stamping, injection molding, electroplating and other production processes, understand the characteristics of various materials and make reasonable material selections based on this, and have an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes or processes such as machining, injection molding and assembly technology (contact crimping, welding, High current wiring, etc.);
3. Proficient in using 2D, 3D software, etc.;
4. Proficient in geometric tolerance analysis and familiar with tolerance accumulation calculation;
5. Have basic analytical knowledge and be proficient in using various theories and analytical tools for failure cause analysis;
6. Familiar with domestic and foreign standards for automotive connector design, familiar with TS16949 related documents, familiar with high-voltage connector industry standards and product verification standards, responsible for new projects, from design, sample production, product verification, approval, trial production, etc.;
7. Good team spirit and communication skills.
