Job Responsibilities

(Applicants with sales experience in new energy vehicle connectors and charging piles will be given priority. This position will be commissioned)

1. According to the company's overall strategy and market conditions, formulate sales strategies and plans and organize their implementation to achieve sales targets;

2. Based on the existing sales system, improve the complete sales system and process;

3. Maintain existing customer relationships, establish new customer contacts, and explore new markets;

4. Responsible for the construction and growth of the sales team, cultivating a professional sales team, establishing an incentive mechanism for the sales team, and motivating sales staff to develop and maintain customers;

5. Develop sales expense budgets, control sales costs, and increase sales profits;

6. Help sales managers develop, communicate and manage important customers in the region, and be responsible for coordinating and maintaining market and technical relationships;

7. Responsible for the sales management of the team under your jurisdiction, including the formulation, decomposition, deployment, and supervision of sales target implementation;

8. Visit key customers regularly or irregularly to establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with customers and peers;

9. Understand the industry in depth, grasp the latest sales information, and provide enterprises with strategic basis for business development and price positioning;

10. Establish and develop customer relationships, provide solutions to users, grasp market dynamics, be familiar with market conditions and have unique insights and marketing plans.


job requirements

1. College degree or above, with more than 5 years of sales experience in the new energy vehicle industry;

2. Have certain industry resource background and customer resources, and have keen observation and analysis and judgment capabilities;

3. High sense of responsibility and self-confidence, able to withstand strong work pressure; possess keen observation and analytical judgment skills;

4. Have the ability to quickly learn and adapt, strong market development and customer communication skills; strong result orientation and teamwork spirit.
