Job Responsibilities
1. Professional requirements: mechanical design, mechatronics, mold design, vehicle engineering and other mechanical related majors;
2. Education requirements: College degree or above
3. Work experience: More than 5 years of experience in connector design, preferably those with automotive connector (high and low voltage) design and development experience;
4. Software skills: Proficient in using CAD, UG or Creo drawing software, Word, Excel, PPT and other office software, those with CAE/ANSYS analysis skills will be given priority;
5. Industry experience:
1). Familiar with injection molding, die-casting, stamping, machining and other processing technologies and their related mold and fixture structures;
2). Familiar with various surface treatment processes;
3). Be familiar with the product structure of various categories of connectors in the market;
4). Be familiar with and adapt to the company process system IATF16949 related to automobile companies;

1. Responsible for the control of all product series of a research and development team, supervise and control all daily work matters of subordinate engineers and assistant engineers;
2. Lead product design and development, formulate product technical standards and specifications, prepare technical data and control product status and change process.
3. Lead the verification and confirmation of products and organize product reviews.
4. Assist business departments to meet customers' technical needs and provide product and service solutions.
5. Lead or assist in handling technical issues in product design, product production and delivery.
6. Responsible for sample production, leading or assisting in the completion and management of first article identification.
