When it comes to 6S management at work and production sites, most of our cadres are not to be outdone. Most of them will say that I understand and can do it. However, if we compare the actual sites they manage and the results of 6S implementation in our Huizhou factory, if A conscientious person will lament that it is better to take the initiative to improve. If someone is arrogant and unteachable, they will use various excuses to explain why they can't do it.

We are expected to use practical actions to prove that we can do it and do it well. As the old saying goes, listen to what they say and watch what they do. The key depends on the results of the desks, filing cabinets and production equipment and production environment of the people under their jurisdiction!    
Sorting (SEIRI), rectifying (SEITON), sweeping (SEISO), cleaning (SEIKETSU), literacy (SHITSUKE), safety (SECURITY).6S management is a management model, an upgrade of 5S, and an effective on-site management concept and method in modern factories. Its function is to: improve efficiency, ensure quality, make the working environment clean and orderly, focus on prevention, and ensure safety.Introduction to the six aspects of 6s management:

1. Organize: Divide items in the workplace into 'necessary' and 'unnecessary' categories. Unnecessary items should be disposed of as soon as possible to prevent misuse and create a refreshing workplace.

2. Organize: Arrange necessary items neatly by category, clarify the quantity, and mark them effectively to shorten the time of finding items.

3. Cleaning: Clean the workplace, keep it neat and bright, eliminate dirt, stabilize quality, and reduce accidental injuries.

4. Standardize (or clean, move the signs that are not used that day to the warehouse for storage, and clean out the unnecessary ones): that is, improve the rules and regulations and incorporate them into each employee’s job responsibilities, and implement various rules and regulations. Regular inspection and assessment of implementation.

5. Competencies: Employees must have dignified appearance, standardized speech and behavior, strong organizational discipline, strong sense of work responsibility, high efficiency, consciously abide by the company's rules and regulations, promote teamwork, support each other, and work together to ensure quality and efficiency, thereby creating a team Spirit.

6. Safety: Improve the safety production system, equip with full-time institutions and personnel, standardize safety markings, and maintain safety facilities in key parts in good condition.
